How corona virus affects children

Children are usually vulnerable and are more likely to fall ill frequently than adults. This well-known phenomenon was what initially led to the closing of schools and early childhood centers, for fear that children intermingling would accelerate spread in our society to an extraordinarily rapid pace. Siphosihle Mbuli and Gamelihle Bovana speak to Dr Marlin McKay about Covid-19 in children and the dynamics of infection in families.
