What does women's day mean to a trans woman?

In a month where we are celebrating women, and the month I have chosen education over celebration, I struggle with one question, the sam question every single year.'What does it mean to be a woman?'
I don't know the answer, I don't think I have ever known the answer and that lead me to even more questions around femininity and womanhood in general. What makes me a woman? What is a woman?
Coming from a place of privilege, I decided to reach out and approach women I look up to, women who inspire me and ask the real questions, learn the hard truths and figure out what the answer is to my question.
Cher Petersen is one such woman, someone who had to fight to become the woman she is today. Someone who I have immense respect for and someone who I know you will love, just as much as I do!
I spoke to her about what it is to be a trans woman, was it is to be a woman and how we can be better women to each other, using the privileged that we have to uplift each other over bringing each there down.
