There was pandemonium on the streets of Eldorado Park yesterday, after police fired stun grenades and rubber bullets to disperse protesting residents. This after 16 year old Nathaniel Julius, who had Downs Syndrome, was shot and killed allegedly by officers. Ten community members were arrested. To chat to us about the situation is
