HRW urges donors to ensure aid reaches Beirut victims

Human Rights Watch has urged international donors responding to the August 4 Beirut explosion to ensure that emergency aid protects the rights of those affected.

Thirty-six countries have pledged 253 million euros for emergency support to Lebanon during a donor conference led by France and HRW wants this aids to go through civil society.
