This man ran 4,000km to raise awareness for child trafficking

Gaven Sinclair is a man on a mission, and not just any mission, a big mission! A solo bike challenge from Cape to Cairo, cycling the entire length of Africa, covering a distance of over 10,000 km's, in just 261 days, running solo across four African countries - a total of 4,000 km’s and a 300 km swim makes Gaven’s combined triathlon distances the longest achieved in the world by one man. And all for charity!
