Israel using UAE for Africa interests?

A high level delegation of Sudan officials led by the head of ruling council was in the UAE for talks with Emirati and US officials.

In August, US secretary of state Mike Pompeo raised the issue of Sudan establishing ties with Israel. This development indicates the emergency of a new approach in terms of Israel's policies on the African continent.

So is Israel using UAE to gain support in Africa?
