Hawks nab first state capture suspect

The Hawks swooped and arrested the man who occasionally pays the Luthuli House salaries on month-end, a day after the tender tycoon, Edwin Sodi, was defending himself at the State Capture inquiry, explaining a slew of payments to politicians over six years. The multimillion-rand transfers include references to ministers, deputy ministers, and the ANC.
