Executive pay back in the spotlight

Woolworths' former CEO Ian Moir has been rewarded with over R43 milion, as part of his farewell package. Moir's exit package, in light of Woolworths performance under his tenure, has thrust the issues of executive pay and misaligned remuneration, back into the spotlight.
