No consensus reached with informal traders about December night markets

Economists have warned that this festive season will be very different compared to previous years as the world tries to deal with the new normal that is Covid 19 and as SA faces the worst unemployment rate and many business and retail stores were forced to close because of the pandemic. But what about our local traders who depend on the night markets as traders really depend on that for extra income.
