Spring has sprung, and in this week’s edition of Being Green, Glynis Crook, looks ahead to next week’s Garden Day. Horticulturist Tanya Visser, presenter of The Gardener on the Home Channel, gives us ideas about what to plant in our gardens that is good for both us and the environment. And chef and food writer, Karen Dudley, of The Kitchen restaurant fame, speaks about how growing fruit and vegetables in your garden makes for both delicious food and a reduced carbon footprint.
