SAA receives 17 billion rand bail out, but can the airline be resuscitated?

Finance minister Tito Mboweni has allocated R17 billion to SAA in assisting the SOE implement its business rescue plan.

The decision has been widely criticised as funds have been re-allocated from other government programs during a time unprecedented global economic meltdown due to Covid-19.

So how is the funding going to help resuscitate the airline?
