According to the World Health Organization, diabetes is one of the four major types of non-communicable diseases, and according to the International Diabetes Federation, by the year 2035, almost 600 million people will be living with diabetes. What can we do or eat to decrease our chances of getting diabetes? What can people with diabetes do during this time of COVID-19 to manage their diabetes?
