“Are there any plans for a return to stadiums?”- PSL Fans

With COVID-19 rates on the rise again, disgruntled fans still feel that a return to stadiums is necessary, pointing out that England is days away from allowing attendance to sports events. Since lockdown was imposed back in March, supporters have been able to attend Premier Soccer League fixtures, but this hasn’t stopped some from watching matches from outside the stadium. The recent spike in cases isn’t going to help the situation, as it may force the league to continue without fans.

Supporters have suggested allowing limited seating, arguing that social distancing can still be achieved with fans attending matches. In the SL Podcast’s latest episode of the Fan Reaction Show, fans debate different ways in which the league can facilitate allowing fans to attend. Pirates fans also react to their side’s stalemate against Baroka FC.
