UbuntuCare, a non-profit organisation has distributed more than 300,000 cloth masks to vulnerable communities in the Western Cape. The initiative gives women in impoverished areas the opportunity to produce masks and earn an income to support their families. On line for comment is partner in UbuntuCare, Fiona Hoadley.
