Outrage as US journalist beheaded by ISIS
Loading player...
James Foley, an American journalist who had gone missing in Syria nearly two years ago, is presumed dead after Islamic State of Iraq and Syria militants posted a video online Tuesday that it said was of his execution. It was not clear when the beheading video was recorded, but several hours after it was posted, both the White House and his family appeared to confirm the reporter's death. The purpose of the video, entitled “Message to America” was to tell the US to stop interfering in Iraq. ISIS has also released another video featuring another US journo, Steven Sotloff, claiming that he will suffer the same fate should the US continue.
