The Supreme Court of Appeal (SCA) has now handed down its order, saying that the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) must handover the Zuma spy tapes to the Democratic Alliance (DA).
The order has been confirmed after President Jacob Zuma's lawyer said in court 10 days ago that he had no argument to make as to why the recordings could not be handed over. DA leader Helen Zille says under the terms of this order, the NPA now has five working days to handover the recordings to the party.
