Small caps on the JSE are bouncing back. The Small Cap Index has outperformed the Mid/Large Cap stock index year-to-date. The JSE Value Index, though slightly lagging the Growth Index so far in 2021, has rallied strongly in the past week and narrowed the year-to-date performance spread by 680bps over the past fortnight.
