Still no concrete plan from Sahuc and Samthoa to facilitate Hujaaj refunds

As the months turnover into a new year, there is still no plan to retrieve Hajj 1441 outstanding refunds. With no timeline and few answers as to when hujaaj will be refunded, frustration is brewing amongst the two bodies and hujaaj.
