Social Worker Zamani Manganyi from Department of Social Development’s Polokwane Secure Centre says there are secure centres that are formerly known as juvenile centres where children who are in conflict with the law are kept. He says the kind of services offered in secure care centres are therapeutic psycho-social services, educational and vocational services. This discussion comes after the recent bullying incident involving learners at Mbilwi High school and this resulted in the death of one learner Lufuno Mavhunga who allegedly committed suicide. A 14 year old girl has since been arrested. Manganyi spoke to the show Host Nghamula Chauke.
