Men are still out earning women in the insurance sector

Men in the insurance sector are still out earning their female counterparts. This is according to Managing Director of Elite Risk Acceptances and Old Mutual Insure Spokesperson, Christelle Colman who was speaking to the OFM Business Hour amidst Women’s Month. Colman says whilst significant strides have been with respect to women empowerment the corporate world is still lagging behind on the issue of gender parity. She says this was evidenced in the number of women who bore the brunt of the Covid-19 pandemic as they were now forced to juggle remote working and home schooling.
