Suspended acting Lepelle Northern Water CEO Ahuiwi Netshidaulu speaks to businessman Matome Sefalafala on a call recorded without his knowledge. In the recordings, Netshidaulu discusses his "kidnapping" which was allegedly orchestrated by Sefalafala and Netshidaulu's predecessor, former Lepelle boss Phineas Legodi.

Sefalafala and Legodi have appeared in court on kidnapping charges.
