Kenya ups the ante on war on counterfeit goods

Kenya has proposed anti-counterfeit recordation regulations that are set to up the ante on the country’s war on rampant counterfeit goods. OFM Business Hour, spoke to ENS Africa’s Mahesh Acharya to find out more on the regulations. The executive anticipates the regulations will be implemented before the end of 2021.
