The trio are back to tackle one of the hottest topics of our generation: mental health. Since the pandemic, we have all experienced our fair share of grief and continue to face huge obstacles; however, finding the balance between ‘feeling a feeling’ and knowing when to get help is important.

Once again, you’ll get sound clinical knowledge on the subject, as well as a personal touch as each of our hosts, share vulnerably about their mental health struggles, triumphs and tips.

This episode is just the beginning of the conversation;the more we normalise that feeling sadness and pain is not a sign of weakness, the closer we are to our healing.
