The Northern Cape Heat and Itec Knights will be going head-to-head from Tuesday in Kimberley in a series of warm-up match.
The teams will battle it out in preparation for the 2022/23 domestic cricket season that will officially be getting underway next month.
The Heat will look to earn promotion to Division 1, while the Knights in their turn will seek to retain their place in the top-flight of domestic cricket.
The Knights seamer, Gerald Coetzee, who was in England recently with the Proteas told OFM Sport that they are eager to get out in the middle.
