The big-hitting Proteas batter, David Miller, has thrown his weight behind the teenage cricketing sensation from the Titans, Dewald Brevis.
The destructive 19-year-old batter Brevis made international headlines on Monday when he smashed 13 fours and 13 sixes in an innings of 162 runs against the ITEC Knights in the CSA T20 Challenge being played in Potchefstroom.
Miller, who is renowned for his ability to change the complexion of a match with the willow said that the teenager affectionally known as ‘Baby AB’ will play at a higher level, sooner rather than later.
