Penalties to be imposed on businesses that fail to submit their 2022 annual employment equity (EE) reports A new set of transformation laws for South Africa is slated for implementation by 2023. This means that organizations, especially those that do business with the state, will have to be in good standing when it comes to compliance with EE. The department said that designated employers need to submit their annual 2022 employment equity (EE) reports by 15 January 2023 at midnight.
