It’s been a huge week for sport in South Africa because hey, in a late-night
Cabinet reshuffle on Monday, President Cyril Ramaphosa appointed Zizi Kodwa,
who previously served as deputy minister of state security, to the sport, arts
and culture portfolio. That simply means Mr Nathi Mthethwa got substituted for Mr Kodwa. What does this appointment mean for our sport? What changes will the new man at the helm bring to our, lets just say, shaky sport department.
