Agri SA CEO, Christo van der Rheede is calling for the agricultural sector to be exempt from rolling blackouts above stage six saying farmers are feeling the pinch in their pockets as they have to use generators daily. Van der Rheede says they have been part of a task team to advise the minister of Agriculture and land reform Thoko Didiza on interventions and one of those is looking to increase the Diesel rebate.
