'We are sorry,' Ramaphosa tells Hammanskraal after cholera outbreak

President Cyril Ramaphosa has apologised to the community of Hammanskraal for the government's failure to provide clean water. Ramaphosa visited the area, north of Pretoria, on Thursday after a cholera outbreak in the area claimed 23 lives. Speaking to residents, Ramaphosa says they are sorry it took deaths for them to provide a basic human right and address longstanding water concerns in the area.
