NOTICE OF DOCRRA AGM – 2022/2023 16 August 2023 @ 18h00
The Dolphin Coast Residents and Ratepayers Association’s (DOCRRA), Annual General Meeting, for Financial Year 2022/2023,
is taking place on 18h00 on Wednesday 16 August 2023 at Simbithi. Registration will start at 17h15.

The meeting is planned to be completed well before 19h30.

Residents and ratepayers of the Dolphin Coast, both members and non-members, are encouraged to attend.

It is a forum where interesting and important matters will be shared as well as providing an opportunity for questions and requests from the community.

To attend this meeting, please register prior to the event by Friday 11 August 2023 17h00, by emailing us at admin@docrra.co.za.
Please include your full name and ID number in the email. Please confirm if you registered as a member for this financial year 2023-2024.
Should you require us to respond to specific questions, please also submit these by the above date.
The meeting will be held in the Pavilion room.
The meeting starts at 18h00 but registration, tea, coffee and biscuits will be available from 17h15.
There will be drinks and snacks after the meeting where you will also have the opportunity to communicate with the DOCRRA committee.
