The ANC has failed to renew itself since the party's 2017 diagnostic report, says former president Thabo Mbeki.Part of the document, delivered by former ANC secretary-general Gwede Mantashe at the party's 2022 policy conference, said it was declining at voting stations. The former president was speaking at the memorial service of struggle stalwart Aziz Pahad, who died at the age of 82 last month.
