How cop put serial rapist he ‘grew up with, knew very well’ behind bars

Pule Morake and Johannes Tshabile had known each other their entire lives. The two men lived kilometres apart as children, grew up together and even competed in the same sports tournaments.

However one became a detective within the South African Police Service while the other became one of South Africa's most wanted serial rapists.
