Hugo Broos - Retiring after 2026 World Cup

Bafana Bafana coach Hugo Broos has hinted he will retire following the 2026 FIFA World Cup in the USA, Canada, and Mexico.
While Broos has achieved tremendous success as a coach, he has yet to attend the World Cup as a coach and will do everything to get South Africa to qualify.
In 1986, Broos represented the Red Devils of Belgium at the World Cup in Mexico.
South Africa is in a strong position to qualify but still faces tough games. Broos said coaching at the World Cup remains his final goal.
