Janine holds a Masters Degree in Research Psychology from the University of Pretoria and is currently pursuing a BPsych Degree with SACAP. She has over a decade of experience as a social science researcher in the spheres of mental health, user experience, and adult learning. Janine is passionate about developing tools and resources that promote mental wellbeing for individuals and communities.

Kyle is a registered Industrial-Organisational Psychologist with over ten years of experience in Organisational Psychology and HR management across the entire employee lifecycle. He holds a Masters and Honours degree in Organisational Psychology and a BCom in HR. Kyle is deeply committed to finding innovative ways to foster mental well-being in the workplace and has a genuine passion for coaching and supporting individuals facing personal and professional challenges.
