Bafana Bafana clinched their first win of the 2025 African Nations Championship in Uganda.
On Monday night, Bafana beat Guinea 2-1 in a must-win Group C fixture in Kampala.
Captain Neo Maema opened the scoring in the 10th minute, but Guinea equalised through Moussa Moise Camara seven minutes from half-time.
Thabiso Kutumela scored the winner for South Africa in the 54th minute.
The win moves South Africa up to third in the group, and on Friday they will face Niger in Kampala.
