South Africa’s online shopping boom shows no signs of slowing. According to the latest Online Retail in South Africa 2025 report by World Wide Worx, online retail sales surged 35% in 2024, reaching R96-billion and are expected to hit R130-billion in 2025, pushing e-commerce to nearly 10% of total retail sales for the first time.
