Nonhlanhla Kutlwano Matabane is a final-year Speech-Language Pathology student at the University of the Witwatersrand. She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson of the School of Human and Community Development. She is a Student Life Intern at Thrive@Crescent Studios, where she contributes to cultivating a vibrant and supportive student community. Nonhlanhla is also a language tutor at Black Child Tutoring Services in Soweto, where she is committed to empowering young learners through education and mentorship. She is a born again Christian whose love for communication and expression extends into music she is an active member of both the Wits Choir and the Wits CEM Choir, using her voice to uplift and inspire.
With a heart for service, a passion for people, and a joyful presence, Nonhlanhla brings warmth, leadership, and purpose into every space she enters.
