Temba Bavuma - Test series whitewash against India in India

The reigning World Test Champions, South Africa, have managed to achieve the previously unthinkable, storming to an historic 2-0 Test series whitewash against India on the subcontinent. The monumental feat was cemented on Wednesday in Guwahati, where the Proteas delivered a statement victory in the second and final Test.
The tourists thrashed India by a massive 408 runs at the ACA Stadium to record their first Test series victory on the subcontinent in more than 25 years. Adding a vibrant splash of gold to the achievement, it was once again the master-craftsman, spinner Simon Harmer, who spun a web of deception to take centre stage.
Skipper Temba Bavuma spoke with raw emotion, stating the victory ranks right alongside the World Test Championship final triumph against Australia at Lord's, yet holds a special, unique place.
