Granddaughter of legendary Xitsonga music pioneers MD Shirinda and Gege Chapu, her musical roots deepened in Revelation Church under Pastor SGR Maluleke, where Sunday school honed her voice. She joined Vukona Worship Explo as a backing vocalist in 2018, released her debut EP in 2016, and her second EP in 2025, earning accolades like the 2015 Ingoma Award for Best Backing Vocalist.
