Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc: A Unique Wine Shaped by Rocky Soils

Loading player...
Life from Stone Sauvignon Blanc is a signature white wine produced by Springfield Estate in the Robertson wine region of South Africa. The wine gets its name from the extremely rocky, quartz-rich soils where the vines grow, forcing them to dig deep for nutrients and producing grapes with intense flavour and strong mineral character. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, the wine is known for its crisp acidity and fresh, vibrant flavours of lime, gooseberry, passion fruit and green pepper. The challenging vineyard conditions and careful winemaking process result in a distinctive Sauvignon Blanc that reflects both the unique terroir and the estate’s commitment to quality.
