With Mangi Mbileni away for this episode, Legend Man Cool is in the house holding things down. Our special guest is is chef to the stars, Lesego Semenya aka @LesDaChef. Lesego left the corporate world in 2008 to pursue his business goals. Not sure as to how to approach his business aspirations, Lesego then went on to travel South Africa for a year before enrolling at Prue Leith Chef's Academy in Centurion to study towards becoming a chef with his ultimate goal to open a business based on culinary products. From 2012 until 2014 he worked at Richard Branson's private game reserve in the Sabi Sands and recently returned to his native town to begin focusing on building his business and begin writing the book he has been commissioned to write.
