The South African government has declared the month of October Mental Health Awareness Month with the objective of not only educating the public about mental health but also reducing the stigma and discrimination that people with mental illness are often subjected to. In response to this, In Touch Community Development partnered with the Polokwane Athletic Club are hosting a free fun run called “Run For Your Mind”.
