Friday saw the ALSI fall over 2% mostly dragged lower by resources and indiscriminate selling after the US non-farm payrolls number printed at 271,000. Analysts are now predicting that the US will raise interest rates on 16th Dec, which pushed the Rand to record lows. Richemont (CFR) reported a disappointing H1 set of results which saw the share come under pressure. Anthea also recommends buying ADvTECH on the idea that private schools will still remain in demand in 2016. Look out for the new inward listing of Astoria on the JSE.
