The Anti-Racism Network of SA (ARNSA) says despite more than two decades passing since apartheid ended, there are still deep divisions in South African society.

The network, representing more than 80 national organisations, is behind Anti-Racism Week which begins today. The campaign aims to tackle racism head on, encouraging South Africans to speak out against it and take action to stop racial discrimination.

Sean Moodley, national convener of ARNSA, says South Africa belongs to everyone.

Anti-racism is supported by the Ahmed Kathrada and Nelson Mandela foundations.
