Questions as to whether the ANC court battles will have a major impact on the party’s elective conference next month are mounting as several provinces are dragged to court by disgruntled members. The ANC in the Free State yesterday got a slap when the High Court ruled that the provincial conference cannot go ahead as scheduled for this weekend. The province is however not the only one dragged to court.
