Ray Hartley talks Ramaphosa as ANC leader

It wasn't a landslide and it wasn't without contestation but the former deputy president of the ANC and South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa was narrowly voted into the leadership position on Monday at the 54th ANC conference at Nasrec. While many members of the public and the markets breathed a sigh of relief it remains to be seen just how the new president will not only start mending a divided ruling party, but put a stop to the gushing wound that is state capture of the country's institutions.
