Mabuza convenes 21st meeting of HRDC

Deputy President David Mabuza yesterday visited Rustenburg in North West where he convened the 21st meeting of the Human Resource Development Council as part of the drive to build human capital for the country. Mabuza’s spokesperson Thami Ngwenya told OFM News that the visit by Mabuza was preceded by the launch of the province’s HRD Council consisting of representatives from government, organised labour and civil society.
