The police in the Free State said they are currently not investigating any links of the murder of the outspoken Vrede farmer, Philemon Ngwenya to a voice clip that was circulating before his murder, which called for the chairman of the farmers’ association in the area, Ephraim Dlamini to be killed.

Times Select has got the voice clip between two people in conversation about killing Dlamini. In the clip, one could be heard saying they would “put Dlamini’s head” under a train for money.
