With a career spanning over 20 years Kgomotso Lekola is an experienced businessman who has held positions such as Executive Chair of the board, CEO, COO and General Manager in some of the largest and most dynamic businesses in the country. Kgomotso founded the consulting and investment business LGC Capital that in 2013 successfully acquired equity in technology start-up firm, Weather Intelligence Systems the operators of AfricaWeather a company founded by the FutureForesight Group. He took over as Executive Chairman of the board and drove a new turnaround business strategy based on entering new markets, rationalising costs and tighter cash management. Within 18 months the strategy resulted in 100% growth in profits, seven (7) fold increase in the dividend yield and three (3) fold increase in the value of the business.
