Mangaung Metro Municipality spokesperson,Qondile Khedama, speaks about investigation in to Lechoano's death

Mangaung Metro Municipality spokesperson, Qondile Khedama, speaks about the investigation into Seipati Lechoano's death. Lechoano was found dead in the boot of her car at the Bram Fischer’s parking lot on the 24 December 2018 after she was reported missing on the 19 February 2019.
